Christopher Lopez grew up mostly in Brooklyn, New York. Although a passionate movie goer as a child, Christopher's passion for the theater did not spark until much later during his time at Rutgers University in New Jersey. His collegiate roles in plays such as Trifles, Hot l Baltimore, and Our Lady of 121st were an impetus for his love of acting, and his decision to dedicate his life to the profession. In 2009, Chris graduated from Rutgers with a Bachelors of Arts in Theater.
Since then, he has appeared in the final two productions of 'Sex Relationships and Sometimes Love' by Joelle Arqueros at the 45 Street Theater in New York. Currently he is working on 'Offsides', an original play written by Jennifer DiOrio; to be directed by Alberto Bonilla. It can be seen this October at The Watchung Arts Center in Watchung, NJ.
